Monstera dubia, sometimes called a Shingle Plant, is a rare gem, known for its small, heart-shaped leaves that lie flat against the surface they climb. Over time, the foliage transforms into fenestrated, mature leaves—making it a fascinating plant for collectors who love to watch growth evolve.

Origin: Monstera dubia are native to Central and South America, especially the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica and Peru.

Plant Care

Monstera Dubia Plant Care: Monstera dubia prefers bright, indirect light and a well-draining, moisture-retentive soil mix. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Provide a moss pole or textured surface for the plant to climb and display its signature “shingling” growth habit.

30-Day Healthy Plant Guarantee: Every plant we send is healthy and arrives in good condition or we'll send you a new one. Damages can occur if the shipping company handles the package roughly. If this happens, share a photo with us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

House of Agave offers nationwide delivery for a flat rate shipping fee of $15. We offer free delivery for orders of $100 or more.
