Yes! Every plant we send is healthy and arrives in good condition or we'll send you a new one or issue a refund. Damages can occur in transit. If this happens, share a photo with us within 30 days and we'll work with you to make it right.
A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders of up to $99. House of Agave offers free shipping for special occasions and on all orders of $100 or more.
Domestic shipping usually takes between 4 to 8 business days depending on your order and location. Some products may arrive separately. During winter months, live plant orders may be placed on hold if there is a winter storm or extremely cold temperatures in your area.
House of Agave offers shipping to the continental United States only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
During the winter months, we automatically add a heat pack to orders shipping to regions with temperatures below 50 degrees. This helps keep your plant safe and warm during transit.
