    The Alocasia Micholitziana Frydek has narrow, arrowhead-shaped, green leaves with pronounced white veins. The backsides of the leaves are a beautiful shade of burgundy. Alocasia Frydek is a rare houseplant that is a treasure to any collection.

    Origin: Alocasia are native to the tropical rainforests of the Philippines. 

      Plant Care

      Light: Alocasia requires medium to bright, indirect light. They are very sensitive to cold temperatures.

      Soil: Alocasia prefer an aroid soil mix that allows the plant to stay evenly moist without becoming soggy. 

      Water: Water thoroughly when the top half to three-quarters of the soil is dry to prevent root rot. Alocasia do best in high humidity environments and warm temperatures. Alocasia enjoy regular misting.
