The Fishbone Cactus, sometimes called the Ric Rac Cactus, is a unique flowering plant, beloved for its dramatic, zig-zagging stems. Larger Ric Rac Cactus trail elegantly over the edges of the pots and baskets. With its unique shape and fragrant, night-blooming flowers, the Ric Rac Cactus is a low-maintenance houseplant that will bring tropical whimsy and modern flair to your space. 

Botanical Name: Epiphyllum anguliger

Origin: Ric Rac Cactus or Fishbone Cactus is native to the rainforests of Mexico, where it grows as an epiphyte on trees.

Plant Care

Ric Rac Cactus Care: The Ric Rac Cactus is a flowering indoor plant that prefers bright, indirect light and well-draining potting soil. Water when the top inch of the soil is dry. The Ric Rac Cactus tolerates brief droughts but thrives with moderate moisture and humidity.

Pet-Safe Houseplants: The Ric Rac Cactus plant is nontoxic to animals.
