The Aeschynanthus, commonly known as the Lipstick plant, is a gorgeous houseplant with striking flowers that bloom in late summer. Trailing stems are clothed in stunning variegated leaves. Aeschynanthus are commonly known as Lipstick Plants because of their tubular flowers with striking red or pink tips which appear in clusters throughout the growing season.

Origin: The Lipstick Plant is a striking, epiphytic trailing houseplant native to Southeast Asia, especially Thailand.

 

Plant Care

Lipstick Plant Care:The Lipstick Plant requires bright, indirect light to promote blooming. Avoid harsh, direct sunlight to prevent leaf scorching. Plant in a loose, chunky, and well-draining potting mix. Water when the top one to two inches of the soil becomes dry.
