The Chamaedorea elegans, commonly known as the Parlor Palm, is a tropical houseplant that thrives indoors and is comfortable in low-light settings. It's an excellent air-purifying plant and a great beginner houseplant that is easy to care for and everyone can enjoy. Order your Parlor Palm in a nursery pot, or with a black or terracotta eco-pot.

Origin: The Chamaedorea Parlor Palm is native to southern Mexico and Guatemala.

Plant Care

Light: The Parlor Palm does best in bright, indirect light.

Water & Soil: Water when the top one to two inches of soil becomes dry, but be careful not to over-water. Use any well-draining houseplant soil mix.

Pet-Safe Houseplants: The Parlor Palm is non-toxic to cats and dogs.
