The Tradescantia albiflora, or Tradescantia Nanouk is a low-growing trailing perennial plant known for its striking purple-green variegation and violet leaf undersides. Nanouk is an easy-care houseplant, adored for its stunning, vibrant foliage and its thick, fuzzy leaves.

Origin: Tradescantia Nanouk was cultivated in the Netherlands in 2012 through selective breeding of Tradescantia albiflora to be a hardy, colorful cultivar.

 

Plant Care

Tradescantia Plant Care: Nanouk is a semi-succulent houseplant that holds water in its leaves. This plant prefers to dry out slightly between waterings; allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry. Over-watering can lead to root rot and mushy stems. Tradescantia thrive in bright, indirect sunlight.
